The High Tech High video may be too long in a presentation. Could you edit this video? Or select a part of it? An EDM310 student found TubeChop which makes editing or selecting a part of a video easy.
I may be visiting High Tech High next week. I will be in San Diego for another meeting and am going to try and get there. High Tech High is not connected to an Elementary and a middle school both of which now are named High Tech…
The entire video really doesn't add to your presentation. I really think you need to edit or clip it. The video covers a lot more than PBL (schedules, making own games, planning time and emphasis, treatment of students, bathrooms, bells, etc.) and takes away from the central purpose for your presentation. I would suggest only showing the last part starting with How We Learn.
I think adding example of real standards in the area of your specialty would increase the effectiveness of the part of your presentation on ACCRS.

Could be a lot better.
